I Woke Up Feeling A Tingling, Itching, Burning Sensation Of

i woke up feeling a tingling, itching, burning sensation of my face. i noticed my face being red. i had a lot of puffiness around my eyes . I have a twitch on my left eye now and am beginning to feel a tingling sensation on my arms. Two days ago, i felt a backache and hasn't gone away since then. what could be the cause of these symptoms?
