I Woke Up In The Night To Feeling Extreme Nausea

i woke up in the night to feeling extreme nausea and stomach pain, pins and needles in hands and feet, my heart ached. it felt like there was no blood in extremities. i felt extreme anxiety i wanted to vomit but couldn't felt like i wanted to pass out to end the sick feeling, it was very intense. i literally felt i was going into an unconscious state that i would not return from, i have fainted as a child so i know the difference. this was a very frightening experience. it went on for hours my husband was with me the whole time. getting me to breathe deep and slow, speaking calmly to me. it was feeling of terror. it is almost difficult to describe i have never heard any one go through this. it was upsetting for my husband who is normally very calm about everything and doesn't respond with any level of emotion. do you have any idea
