I Woke Up This A.m. With My Right Breast Sore

i woke up this a.m. with my right breast sore and tender under neath. as the day wore on it seemed to have no relief. i actually mashed on it & held the nipple and a dark thick fluid, seemed to be old thick blood came out. after ward it seemed to go down & not as sore. What do you think?
