I Woke Up This Morning And Notice A Pea Sized

i woke up this morning and notice a pea sized lump on the left side of my groin, It's not on the other side. It is slightly visible when i stretch and look in the mirror. it is not a spot or insect bite. It's internal. Any ideas on what this could be?
