I Woke Up This Morning With Very Bad Pain In

i woke up this morning with very bad pain in my lower abdomen, radiating into top of my vagina. threw up several times until stomach empty, last throw up tasted like bile, I don't know how else to describe it, was not normal throw up taste. had diarrhea too. laid down for awhile then had some sips of 7up and cup of bullion broth, stomach cramping again. should I be worried or just some type of virus I picked up? for a moment pain felt like it radiated to my lower left back then stopped.
