I Woke Up With A Painful Stiff Neck Saturday Morning.

i woke up with a painful stiff neck Saturday morning. Took iboprophen, heating pad and it is much better today however my whole body aches/ no dietary issues/ no other symptoms/ my doctor is 500 miles away and it doesn't seem serious enough to go to emergency room. I thought perhaps a bug/tick bite?
