I Work With Clients That Are Developmentally Delayed. They Have

i work with clients that are developmentally delayed. They have 24 hour staff but the staff have no medical training. I am tasked with teaching the staff with signs of change of condition that warrent a call for medical advice. Along with the obvious temp increase and other easily identifiable things such as cough vomiting etc is there anything specific to this population that I should be instructing staff to look for. I know this is extremely general.
