I Would Like To Know What To Do About My

i would like to know what to do about my hand i recently went to a lab to have blood drawn the technician tried 2 times in the top of my right hand both times the veins blew on her everything was fine till 2 days later its swelled up and all red and i cant use the hand at all what can i do to feel better
