Iam 26. Doctor Confirmed That I Have Sinus Last Week.

iam 26. doctor confirmed that i have sinus last week. suggested me nasal spray and some meds. from monday i am getting blood along with cold while blowing on left nostril only. i controlled blowing nose. Today morning after i brushed, blood came out with cold by spitting. And i feel still it is there inside. everday night getting severe headache. for these many years i never got blood in nose and mouth while blowing or spitting cold. also my ears getting blocked, especially right ear pls help me.
