iam 34 yrs old. have irregular mensural cylcles from the beginning. recently diagnosed with bicornuate uterus with thickhened endometrium measuring 13-15 mm and small cystic lesion seen in rifgt sided horn.right ovary measures 37*28*33 mm.volume 18 cc . bulky in size.left ovary measures 27*16*26 mm.volume 6 cc.evidence of multiple follicles at periphery with central echogenic stroma.
