iam a heart aiortic valve replaced patient and have been using acitrom for 6 years continusouly...to keep inr in te limit of 2-3. now inr is 2.45 and doctor advised me to take acitrom 4mg daily and report after one weak.......repeatng this process make me tired and blood take for test always keep me tiring what can i do
