iam on treatment for strep although test came negative started pencilin on sunday and after 3 days still i was feeling throat pain and fever i called the doc so she changed to azithromycin 250 mg now its the 2nd day still feel some pain in throat and severe head ache ,ear and neck pain.what it could be
