If I Build A Tolerance To Tylenol Pm Can I

if I build a tolerance to Tylenol pm can I undeveloped a tolerance to it? its the only thing I know that can treat my sleep problems, sinitis heads aches, and axiety. unfortunetly I can't afford to go to a doctor and pay for medicine to treat all these problems so I really need Tylenol pm to work as long as possible. thank u
