If I Have Drainage From My Throat, Nose And Eyes.

if i have drainage from my throat, nose and eyes. what kind of specialist do I go to? I use 3-5 handkerchiefs a day. I have used several nose sprays from an allergist and it doesn't seem to help. When I use them sinuses hurt and travels throughout my head. My nose also burns. Please advise
