Im 14, My Forehead Has Bumps That Aren't Red U

im 14, my forehead has bumps that aren't red u can just see normal skin with bumps and then if i squeeze puss or whatever comes out off pimples comes out, they don't look like pimples but i just want nice smooth skin on my forehead to buoy skin what can i do????
