Im 22 Weeks Pregnant Currently In The Philippines.. My Congenital

im 22 weeks pregnant currently in the philippines.. my congenital scan came back good but my doctor still wont let me travel back to california.. she considers my pregnancy a high risk because of the past 2 miscarriages, my age (34) and being diabetic (which is under control, im taking insulin shots twice a day) i wanted to see if theres really no chance for me to travel back to california... she already took me off progesterone.. im taking osteofos and feofol for the baby.. please let me know.. thank u
