I'm 26years Old. I Don't Know If I'm Pregnant, So

i'm 26years old. i don't know if i'm pregnant, so i consumed trimethoprim & sulfametoxazole (4 tablet/2days) because of my diarrhea.
my last period on dec 20, when i'm stop that medicine, on jan 19. and now, my doctor recommend me to consume duphastone for 2 weeks.
is that drugs have any negative effect for my baby? what should i do now?
