Im 27. I Went To A Laboratory Diagnostic Center (Philippines)

im 27. i went to a laboratory diagnostic center (Philippines) to have a general exam. (so i can have my clearance for fit to work abroad). first i had a chest x-ray then after a week they informed me to have a apicolordotic view then after that result they request me again to have a spot film x-ray (upper right lobe). what does may possible diagnose. dont feel any untowards symptoms.. i dont have a cough or colds when i had my 2 chest xray... please help.. what do u think is the possible diagnosis and do u think they have technical problems? its making me paranoid.. pls help. thanks
