Im 33 Yr Old Female And I Had A Spinal
im 33 yr old female and i had a spinal fusion and a disc replacment on my L5-S1 back in july 1 st 2015. as of a month ago my back has become stiff, sore and some pain in my daily things i do. i am also feeling some "popping" noices when i turn and do this. What should i do?
