Im 36 Weeks An My Stomach Is Constantly Always Hard

im 36 weeks an my stomach is constantly always hard but he's moving around an im getting pains sharp pain in my vaginal area even when sleeping at night an im trying to adjust so jus comfortable its like my vaginal muscles are straning themselves. what does this mean ? i pee all the time to the point its like when am i not peeing then it doesnt be alot .an this is my first child so im unsure of whats going on.
