I'm 36 Years Of Age, Weight 60 Kg And Height

i'm 36 years of age, weight 60 kg and height over 7 feet, my blood pressure goes up when
1. doctors measure blood pressure
2. think about blood pressure and fear that blood pressure is going high
the above mentioned matter happened a few years ago and even now for 2 days.
i'have not taken any medicine on this.
