Im 36 Years Old And My Weight Is 86kg. Doctor

im 36 years old and my weight is 86kg. Doctor said i am overweight of 12kg. My Tsh is 16.77. Eager to know the proper dosage for me. My TG is 320, blood pressure is 80/100. Im taking atova 10 for cholestrerol and bislol 2.5 for high blood pressure in a regular basis.
