I'm 41, Mother Of Three Kids Past Two Months My

i'm 41, mother of three kids Past two months my periods have been longer than usual (lasting on and off for 8-9 days). After period, i have period like cramps low on left side that come and go and are quite painful. Also alternating between constipation and diarrhea. Definitely NOT period cramps and NOT ovulation symptoms.
