Im 42 This Year But Has Been Going On As

im 42 this year but has been going on as far as I can remember, anyways when i go to urinate it starts out slow then some then it stops, this happens a few times but then I have a steady stream? Is there something wrong or normal? I notice other men come in and go without problems.
