im 44 yr old female ànd have had a menstrual cycle since I was 13 always reg unless pregnant! Ive had a Tubal when j was 26. Now fir the first time ever inhve not had a cycle for six or more weeks but cramp daily like I'm going go start? Should I think cyst or pregnancy?
