Im 48 , And Having A Real Heavy Painful Periods

im 48 , and having a real heavy painful periods every 2 weeks passing blood clots which the blood and clots are bright red. sometimes lasting more then 7 days
my lower back and lower stomach is in so much pain I cant move. everything makes me so ill, it is effecting my relationship
