Im 53, Was Told My FSH Was 116 Almost A

im 53, was told my FSH was 116 almost a year ago, was taken off BC and have had light periods but usually around the same time every month, this last one lasted a little longer than usual (usual 5-7 days. ) this one around 9 days. had blood work done a week ago and an ultrasound 2 days ago. nurse called and said dr, was surprised at my levels this time, and say's that I have a think wall likely to have heavy periods n pain. i haven't had that for YEARS! also the tech taking the ultra sound said I had a thinner wall, she did show a cyst on my left ovary but nothing on my right. should I be concerned? I am fairly sexually active, no hot flashes, or anything like that..
