Im 59 But I Had Shingles On My Hip When

im 59 but I had shingles on my hip when I was 19 and of course I came from a family,you didn't run to the doc for everything you road it out....well for thepass 5yrs ive been having little clear pustuals on the end of my finger tips that hurts and is sensitive to hot water then they turn red and the pain goes away they dry up then it peels down at least 2 layers of skin its not any products topicly I am using is it shingle??!!
