Im 59 Yrs Old Mother Of 5. I Am Tired-even

im 59 yrs old mother of 5. I am tired-even after rest and especially after a meal. Occasional blurred vision.Increased thirst and frequent urination. I havent been to the doctor for about 2 years and my bgl was elevated then. On my last check up my obs were: RR-18
BP-175/95
BGL-17.2
My urine had large amount of glucose and was positive for protein ++++
