Im A 26 Yr Old Female Who Is Having Scant

im a 26 yr old female who is having scant periods 2-3 days and brown period blood the whole time. It used to be bright red and last a week, but has changed the last few yrs. I have completely lost my sex drive and the ability to lubricate during sex. please help
