Im A 29 Year Old Female Type 1 Diabetic, Have

im a 29 year old female type 1 diabetic, have a history of kidney infection, but had a surgery 2 months ago removing a cyst on my left ovary and removing scar tissue but had an infection 4 days after surgery been on non stop antibiotics since the infection has been gone a month ago,but 2 weeks ago ended up with a UTI put me on antibiotics for that for that for 7 days then still had a bit so went on something else for 3 days with they told me it can cause kidney stones,since ive stopped them ive had pain in my lower back,left side but since yesterday its now on my upper right side
