Im A 35 Yr Old Female. I Have Been With

im a 35 yr old female. i have been with the same partner for just over 6 years now.i have who recently been experiencing pain in my lower abdomen and vagina. also with short shock like feelings down below. and pain and bleeding during and after sex.
i'm not sure what is wrong. i am late for my smear test. and am a little concerned
