Im A Young Girl, I Am 5’3 I Weigh Like

im a young girl, i am 5’3 i weigh like 110 pounds, idk if that’s important, but, i took aderal and im not prescribed it. it was 20mg that was around 3 pm yesterday 07/07/18. then around 12am (midnight) i frank 2-3beers, then i hasd some wine and a mikes lemonade and i was hitting a dab pen a few times then the rest of the night I was hitting a juul. I drank all the alcohol within 30 min - an hour. Around 3:30 I went to sleep I woke up at 5:30 in excruciating pain In my stomach. If I sneeze it’s so bad it’s like unbearable . It’s mainly on the right side and it hurts to pee it’s also really painful in my low stomach. I feel super nauseous. I passed out earlier- I don’t know what to do. My friends think I have alcohol poisoning... I was also having like horrible heat flashes to the point my vision was blurry and I was really good and shivering... I really don’t want to go to the hospital idk if it’s worth it but it is now 1:18 pm and I haven’t rated my stomach is super painful I don’t want to eat anything I’ll just throw it up.
