im am smelling some thing almost like Exhaust I thought it was something in my house but I just came back from physical therapy and I smelled it there I had the same thing happened to me a couple years ago I went to the doctor they could not tell me what it was I noticed it when I gain a lot of weight I'm wondering if it has to do with diabetes
