Im At Work Now And Just Did An Ekg On

im at work now and just did an ekg on myself in my amb. its showing nsr with sinus arrhythmia early repolarization...? im under a large amount of stress and have been up all night here at work. im not having they typical chest pain now but a discomfort and still anxiety from stress.. thoughts?
