Im Fairly Certain I Have Sepsis, But Id Like To

im fairly certain I have sepsis, but id like to know for sure before I wake up a babysitter for my children, ive had it before and I remember the confusion and indecisive "fog"..as well as dizzy spells I have been cold all day but I cannot stop sweating...abdominal pain here and there but I also have crohns disease that could be causing it...is there anything that should jump out at me.
