I'm Finally Have A Appointment Tomorrow With My Doctor 4

i'm finally have a appointment tomorrow with my doctor 4 hours away but about 4 months now been experiencing stinging in the inner part of the anal opening and begining part of the rectum. Last 3 days the discomfort has no ending insite. i'm miserable with the pain. This morning as i was doing what the doctor said to do until tomorrow which is keep using preparation H as offen as you can i went a little deeper than i normally go and felt sores along one side of the rectum leading to the anal opening. The pain is causing me to go nuts cause i cant find no relief for now. What should i do?
