Im Grandson Has Selective Mutism And Lately When School Started

im grandson has selective mutism and lately when school started he feels scared with dizzness and tingling in his legs he is in the second grade.. he would talk at home but not in his class the first year of schooll now in the second grade he has been talking loud and raising his hand never did that in kindergarten and first grade he would wisper. his IQ is above average. why does heget to feel this way at times? thank-you kathy
