Im Having Extremely Sharp Pains In The Vaginal Area And

im having extremely sharp pains in the vaginal area and between the butt.. it hurts a lot to move even when im moving while sitting and i constantly have a feeling to poop if i sit certain ways. when i go poop its not diarrhea and i am trying to drink a lot of water to make up for it. now im shaking please help..
