Im Not Sure If Im Having Perimenopausal Right Now But

im not sure if im having perimenopausal right now but my period is longer than usual, like i cant seem to see any stopping anytime soon. im 46 yrs old, experiencing mood swing sometimes, last 2 wks i just had Uti, 1st time in my life. Im a bit irritable probably because i have to wear sanitary napkins for over a week now. no sex drive and my vaginal area is itchy and dry. i just want to stop my period and what can i do to have a better mood?
