Im On Xeractan (isotretinoin) 20mg/day For 2mos Already And Theres

im on xeractan (isotretinoin) 20mg/day for 2mos already and theres no improvement.. i still have break outs and my acnes have pus especially in forehead.. i saw my dermatologist the other day and he increased the dose to 30mg/day.. is there any chance that may face will be clear?
