Im Prescribed A Narcotic 3 X Aday For Chronic Lumbar

im prescribed a narcotic 3 x aday for chronic lumbar pain,had injections prior to the 3rd fusion that failed when I fell 4 months after. surgeon wants to to redo the fusion but the recovery was long and incapaciting, i'm a sixty year old woman an also have DDD. Six months ago my bloodwork showed I have Stage 2 kidney failure. What dietary changes should I make ? I'm borderline highblood pressure for past ten years.
