I'm Trying To Figure Out How To Get My Sister

i'm trying to figure out how to get my sister to the family doctor to have her diagnosed with some sort of mental disorder, I don't know what she has but it is not reality
she says that she doesn't need a doctor , that she is perfectly sane, what to do?
