Im Trying To Get Into See A ENT, But I

im trying to get into see a ENT, but I have to wait 30+ days.. so my question is in regards to if I should try and get to a earlier treatment if someone can ease my anxiety or if these details sound dangerous or not? my nose was broken when I was younger and was always a bit bent and weird on that side, its been 20+ years now but in that area where the cartilage begins on the outside of the nose there seems to be a movable painless lump size of a 16th of an inch but even though is movable seems to have some elastic connection if I really try to push it upwards, its painless and feels exactly like harder cartilage compresses and bit flexible. im obviously concerned if its something serious like cancer so 30 days would be a long time imo to get it checked. im not sure when this appeared if I don't mess with it seems to be less noticeable.
