I'm Worried I Might Have Caught An Std. I Want

i'm worried i might have caught an std. i want to get checked and tested but i am only 18 years old & i have no insurance. i'm having burning itching and tingling in BOTH my private areas. i can see bumps on the inside and out of my vagina lips. they do not look like any of the genital herpes pictures i have seen online because they don't pop and i have not seen puss. the burning and itching is on and off & doesn't irritate me a whole bunch but it's just uncomfortable sleeping at night knowing i could have an std. i really just want an answer.
