In August I Began Experiencing What Feels Like Irregular Heartbeat.

in august I began experiencing what feels like irregular heartbeat. it lasted only a few days and then diminished. approximately one week later it returned and is accompanied by headaches which cannot be remedied by over the counter meds and my vision seems blurred at times. It feels as though there is a slight "tightness" in my chest and my heartbeat/breathing seems to skip irregularly throughout the day regardless of exercise or rest. Could this be a result (signs/symptoms) of high blood pressure?
