In Last Four Weeks My Back, Legs Knees Hips Shoulders

in last four weeks my back, legs knees hips shoulders ache to equal a ten my muscles ache as well I feel week and cannot carry myself upstairs I take advel and alternate with naproxen I take 1000 mg apap with the nsaid last week my back and knees hurt so bad I took the hydrocone and tramadol fifty mg today when I walked down it was like my lower extremeties made me almost fall when I sit and stand I have pain inmy backand hip and having muscle aches please help
