In The Evenings I Am Very Bloated And Lethargic All

in the evenings I am very bloated and lethargic all day. I don't have any pain from constipation. I have the pain of being extended and I have trouble sleeping when all this starts. I feel like I have trouble walking to bed after all this starts. I have finished taking a steroid for a week. I don't know if that would have an effect or not, Anything in mind?
