In The Shower This Morning I Had An Odd Looking

in the shower this morning I had an odd looking fleshy bit come out after a bit blood clot, I'm mid cycle on my period at the moment and have been on the pill but missed one a week ago and was spotting all week so it was recommended that I stop taking the pill for a few days to give my body a chance to reset and then start again. I am worried as I have never had this before, I have cramps, and it was really painful last night to the point where I couldn't move, and I have been sore for a couple of weeks with random cramps. Any suggestions?
