Increasing Abdominal Pain All Day , More Comfortable Lying Down

increasing abdominal pain all day , more comfortable lying down or sitting, more pain with sitting. have history of consitpation but had a bowel movement yesterday, although small. More pain with walking and standing, has had a little gas but no bowel today. had to go home from work due to pain , but pain has not improved.
